Ream Cookery Demonstration Evening

With tasty treats on the menu, served up by resident chef Barnaby from AEG, our Ream guests were in for a treat on Monday 7th November.

Ream invited a selected number of guest to be wined and dined by AEG and Ream on Monday 7th November. On the menu, Barnaby cooked up cured salmon, chicken and herb roulard, wild boar chorizo, seared fillet steak all finished with caramel ice cream.
