The First Steps
Having visited our showroom for ideas and inspiration, the next step would be to plan your project. We’re pleased to offer a free consultation with one of our designers followed by a free planning service which includes a site visit where we take precise measurements and take the time to understand your specific requirements. We’ll then create a unique design and invite you back in to the showroom to present our ideas in photo realism on widescreen monitors – the exciting bit! We’ll also provide you with a detailed fully inclusive quote (there’ll never be any hidden extras) that’s fantastic value for money.
Guidance And Vision
We realise that renovations can be stressful, so, to ensure that every installation is completed with zero hassle and disturbance, we have a full-time dedicated installation team to assist and manage every project we do. From your initial survey through to installation and even after-sales assistance. They’ll be your one point of contact so you can be sure of personal, consistent support throughout.
Within our workshop, we use the perfect blend of technology and traditional skills to ensure your units are made to the highest specification using only the best quality materials. Our experienced manufacturing team have worked with us for years and their attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none.
We are thorough in our production process, and create units for all sorts of different functions in your home, from kitchen cabinets and bedroom shelving to a bathroom sink cupboard unit or fitted desk storage for your home office. Our creativity and experience, ensures we maximise the use of your space, letting you achieve your vision.
Being able to create our own units gives us several big advantages when it comes to making our customers’ design dreams a reality. We can offer bespoke products that are customised to actual dimensions of your room at home, and we’re able to provide a series of customisable packages to tradesmen, builders and developers. Having our own warehouse also lets us keep on top of the production and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you won’t have any unwanted delays in the installation of your new fitted room. It also lets us experiment to create more reliable, intricate and interesting designs for use in future projects.
Installation & Aftercare
We’re extremely proud of our reputation for excellence and many of our clients approach us after a recommendation from one of our satisfied customers. This is no accident; we ensure high levels of service are maintained throughout each stage of every project we undertake.
One way Ream has achieved this is through our commitment to directly employ our kitchen, bedroom and home office fitting teams and our commitment to ongoing training through in-house apprenticeship schemes. Our bathroom fitters are approved and trusted partners who work to our high standards for our clients' bathroom installations.
Upon placing a deposit for your new interior, you will be contacted by someone within our Installation team to arrange the initial survey and they will be your closest point of contact throughout the entire installation. The Installation team is responsible for your installation. They’ll even be available to provide after-sales assistance once the project has been completed. We’ve found having enthusiastic experts to turn to is a real help as they can provide consistent advice and support throughout, whilst also ensuring the project runs smoothly and is delivered on time, without any delays.
