A previous client of Ream, our Clients visited our Gillingham showroom to find some inspiration for their forthcoming project. With the desire to completely transform an existing space focusing equally on both form and function, the end product would deliver much scope for enjoyment and relaxation. Specifically wishing to incorporate a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath and Jacuzzi Steam Cabin it proved beneficial to view our numerous displays alongside a vast variety of complimentary sanitary ware, furniture solutions and countless tiling options.
Our client’s brief would determine a plan to reconfigure their original layout for both a Main Bathroom & Ensuite. With the intention to improve upon space we were able to immerse ourselves entirely into the design process. The removal of stud walls, doorways and utilising hallway space made way for new constructions. With a new Ensuite area to incorporate an entrance via the Master Bedroom and new walls to form the redesigned Bathroom, our team carried out much structural work prior to the installation process.
The bathing areas mirrored each other with stunning curved furniture selected from across two Utopia ranges. However, contrasting choices of wall and floor coverings identify each area as a unique space. A choice of Ceramic Tiles in Cream cover both wall and floor throughout the Main Bathroom and provide fresh clean continuous tones complimented by Walnut furniture, with solid surface worktop. Introducing the combination of Metallic Anthracite and Calm Grey tones into the newly appointed Ensuite offered both alternative tones and textures to appreciate.
Once reconstructed, the transformation of these two rooms involved preparation work on all walls and floors for applying both Ceramic and Karndean flooring. Necessary plumbing and electrical work to accommodate for repositioning of existing soil pipe, new sanitary ware, Digital concealed shower, bath and steam enclosure also took place. Alongside installation of essential sanitary ware, brassware and furniture, this job encompassed an array of Ream’s capabilities in providing a complete service.
