Kitchen – Parkwood Kent
For the last 2 months Mr & Mrs Healy have been renovating the downstairs of their home. After bad tenants left their property, Mr and Mrs Healy set to decorating their home so they could live comfortably in it. We were in a hurry as we live in Spain predominantly. We knew we wanted a handleless, white gloss kitchen which was contemporary. We had a set budget of £8500. We were on a time limit and wanted the kitchen fitted quickly. We visited kitchen studios in Medway as well as Magnet, B&Q and Howden’s, some we had no response back from.
“We looked at B&Q and the design was ok but the quality of the kitchens was questionable. The front of the kitchen looked reasonable, but when you start to open up the kitchen cupboards and drawers the carcase is made up of cardboard.”
When we met Paul, Ream’s Kitchen Designer, he was so helpful and gave sound advice. Paul was amazing and we would definitely recommend him. Steve the fitter did a good job. We gave Ream installations team our keys and removed the old kitchen swiftly. The kitchen installation team were clean, with no mess to come back to each evening.
No installation is perfect, but what we liked about Ream was that they were quick to resolve problems. We had two issues which Emma, the projects coordinator dealt with swiftly and followed up with us so we were in constant contact. One issue was the floor kickboard was too high. And the other was the pipework to the washing machine was too short. Ream’s customer service is outstanding. As we purchased a new AEG Pyrolytic self cleaning oven, we also received £250 cashback which was great!
